Hello,
It's Sam from SB Creatives Photography here...
Last week marked a huge milestone for me – I photographed my very first wedding reception, and I couldn’t have asked for a more beautiful couple or a more meaningful occasion. On the joyful evening of Lag B’Omer, I had the privilege of capturing the love, laughter, and emotion at Rivkah and Yoni’s wedding celebration – a night I’ll never forget.
To say the atmosphere was buzzing would be an understatement. Lag B’Omer itself is a day known for light, unity, and celebration – and it felt like that spirit was magnified in this reception. As the music played and guests filled the room with dancing, hugs, and heartfelt wishes, it was clear this wasn’t just a wedding. It was a coming together of two souls, two families, and an entire community.
From the moment I stepped in with my camera, I could feel the energy. The décor was elegant but full of warmth, the guests were beaming, and Rivkah and Yoni were absolutely glowing. Whether it was a quiet glance during the speeches or a shared laugh on the dance floor, their connection shone through in every moment I captured.
Being a photographer at any event is always a privilege – but being entrusted with documenting a couple’s simcha is on another level. Weddings are full of once-in-a-lifetime moments, and to be the one behind the lens for this one, especially on such a significant night, meant the world to me.
To the Kallah and Katan – Rivkah and Yoni – a massive Mazel Tov! May your marriage be filled with light, joy, and strength. You were both a dream to work with, and I’m so thankful to have played a small role in your big day.

Until Next Time...
